File Menu
Open in CalíopeOpen SQL files, recent files and, on the Mac, tabs, disconnect, print and screenshot.
Where it is: File
The File menu has Open SQL File… (⌘O), which loads a .sql file into the editor, and Recent Files, with the files opened before and Clear History at the bottom. The editor opens files of up to 16 MB: a larger one runs from Backup › Restore, which reads it piece by piece, and can be read in the File Previewer.
On the Mac the same menu also carries New SQL Tab (⌘T), Close Tab (⇧⌘W), Reopen Closed Tab (⇧⌘T), Disconnect (⇧⌘D), Print… (⌘P, only with a printable tool in front) and Capture screenshot… (⌥⌘P). On the iPad with a keyboard, the three tab items live in the Editor menu and Capture screenshot… in Tools; there is no Disconnect or Print… item.
